Our Members.

Our members are some of the most talented authors in Tucson. We aim to include a diverse group of authors from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. We accept writers of every genre.

How it all started

We met in February 2024 at a local author event at Stacks Book Club in Oro Valley. A few months later, we got together to touch base and talk about our indie author experiences and the unique challenges we all faced. We decided that the following year, we'd pool our resources together and get our own tent at the Tucson Festival of Books.

Over the next weeks and months, more ideas spilled forth on how to best support one another as indie authors. We realized there was so much talent right here in Tucson and we would all benefit from a vibrant author community. So we decided to build it.

And that's how it all started.
